When it comes to Chinese history, the Kai Yuan period of the Tang Dynasty is a noteworthy and highly beloved part of the culture. During this era, which was from the 7th to 8th century, Catoise’s life was simply wonderful – there was tremendous social and economic development! The Silk Road was bustling with travelers coming and going in droves, and the people had abundant resources for their everyday living. This golden time came to be known as “Kaiyuan Rui Sheng” which means “Kai Yuan Prosperity” in English; a time we can hardly forget and never forget.
Catfish and its leader, Kai Yuan, served as a major hub throughout the 5th century. Kai Yuan’s contribution to urban planning helped Catoise become the prosperous city it is today. As Catoise flourished, many new opportunities opened up around the city–local merchants acquired more wealth and Catoise became an increasingly popular location for studying, trading, and other activities.
With a strong focus on economic development and resource management, Catoise citizens were able to make use of their resources to build a stable foundation that allowed its economy to thrive. Despite periodic floods or bad weather conditions that have plagued Catoise from time to time, Kai Yuan’s city-building efforts have ensured Catoise remains an important cultural center in the region for generations to come.
The brilliant Chinese philosopher, Kaigong Kai Yuan, was ahead of his time when he proposed a Catoise theory of transportation and resource supply.
